Today MEGABANK,PJSC marks its 20th anniversary. During these year the bank has passed the way from small regional to national financial institution. Among achievements of MEGABANK,PJSC - 197 branches and almost 400 000 clients on the territory of Ukraine. Thru ICC of MEGABANK,PJSC more than 5 million Ukrainians pay for utility services.

As of June 1, 2010 bank’s assets are UAH 3 330 million, credit and investment portfolio – UAH 2,6 million, capital – UAH 811 million, profit for the current year – UAH 713 thousand.

During the last year the shareholders of  MEGABANK,PJSC have become three powerful foreign financial institutions - EBRD, IFC and KfW.

MEGABANK,PJSC actively cooperates with international banks. As of today the bank realizes nine international long-term programs for the amount of USD 100 million within concluded contracts with EBRD, KfW, IFC, "Ukreximbank", GUF, EFSE.

The bank dynamically and constantly is developing, orienting on international standards, fruitfully cooperates with IFC, having introduced the corporate standards of management.

According to Chairman of the Management Board of MEGABANK,PJSC Olena Zhukova, together with new shareholders the bank now develops the strategy for the 5 years. The major task for the future is enhancement of presence of MEGABANK,PJSC at financial market of Ukraine, increasing profitability and effectiveness of its work. "We are to achieve the level of rating position among the Ukrainian banks not lower than 25 place during these 5 years", - said the Chairman of the Management Board.

In 2010 the bank plans to grow the assets by 8% up to UAH 3 bln 416 mln, increase credit portfolio by 14% up to UAH 2 bln 644 mln. Expected growth of term funds at the internal market of Ukraine is 10% (up to UAH 1 bln 81 mln.), and at the external market equivalent of UAH 172 million. It is planned to ensure the profitability of the bank and by the end of 2010 receive a profit of UAH 2 mln. 13 thousand, and to open 26 new branches.  

During the next 2 years MEGABANK,PJSC plans to completely change the image of branches, completing the rebranding process, begun in 2010.
